How to play TicTacTurtle

• Players take turns placing one turtle on an empty space.
• Turtles cannot be moved once placed.
• A player wins by making a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line of 4 turtles.
• If all spaces are filled and nobody has 4 in a row, the game is a draw.
